Page Rank Updated for "My Site Review"

My site Review got an update in the page rank from PR0 to PR1 with 27th Sept Google PR update.

In general Google has been generous in PR this time as many of my blogs received a higher PR this time like:

I didn't notice any loss in PR on any of my blogs.

Blogskinny results in google penalty

Blogskinny is a free web directory like many others but with a difference. Other blog directories require a link back to their own home page in lieu of free inclusion of your site/blog url, But blog skinny requires you to link back to paid links from your site. Blog skinny is paid for these links from the advertisers and you fall victim to google penalty for having paid links on your site and blog.

One of the blogs http://free-hd-trailers.blogspot.com/ had a good traffic from google. As a part of link building strategy the blogger submitted his site links to a number of free directories including Blogskinny. And soon he noticed a sudden drop in the traffic, On further investigation he found that the site has been penalized and is being listed at the end of the google search results around (900-1000).

In short stay away from Blog skinny directory submission.

Free HD Trailers

Free HD Trailers is an excellent Movie Trailers Blog. It features trailers and teasers of Upcoming Movies. Most of them are HD trailers. Updated quite frequently, new movie trailers are available for download in Full HD 1080p, 720p 480p. Also features some nice Posters, screenshots, previews for movies which are coming soon to theatres.
